What this tool is
Listing Launchpad is a free tool that generates a launch sequence of social media captions and scripts for a real estate listing, based on details and photos you provide. It's intended for licensed real estate agents and brokerages.
What you put in
You confirm that the listing details and photos you upload are yours to use. Do not upload photos you don't have permission to share. You retain ownership of everything you put in.
What you get back
The generated content is yours to use however you like, including for marketing and social media posts. We make no claim to it.
AI-generated content disclaimer
The captions, scripts, and other content are generated by artificial intelligence based on what you provided. The output may contain inaccuracies, errors, or wording that doesn't match your local rules. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every piece before you publish it. Always make sure the content complies with your jurisdiction's advertising rules for real estate.
Acceptable use
Don't use Listing Launchpad to:
- Generate misleading or false real estate marketing.
- Upload photos or content you don't have rights to.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.
Service availability
Listing Launchpad is free and provided "as is." We may change, pause, or end the service at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PorchLyte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Listing Launchpad. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use the tool, which is zero.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the new terms.
