This page explains what information Listing Launchpad collects when you use it, what we do with that information, and how you can ask us to remove your data. Listing Launchpad is operated by PorchLyte (referred to below as "we" or "us").
What we collect
- Listing details you type in: city, state or province, beds, baths, square footage, price, features, your name, your brokerage.
- Listing photos you upload: used briefly to generate AI captions. See below.
- Your email address, but only after you submit the email form.
- Basic technical information from your browser (IP address, browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
About your photos
Photos are never saved on our servers. They are sent once to our AI provider for analysis so we can generate captions that reference what's in the photo. After analysis, the photos are discarded. The only copy that remains is on your own device.
How we use what we collect
- To generate the launch sequence you asked for and email it to you.
- To add your contact to our customer relationship system so we can deliver the email and, if you opted in, send you occasional related communications.
- To prevent abuse of the tool (rate limiting, spam blocking).
Third parties we share data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to make Listing Launchpad work. We share only what's needed for them to perform their function:
- Anthropic: receives your listing details and photos to generate the content. Anthropic's terms state API traffic is not used to train models.
- Go High Level (GHL): stores your email, the listing details, and the generated content so we can send you the launch sequence by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: helps us block automated abuse of the form.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
How long we keep your information
Your email address and contact record stay in our CRM until you ask us to delete them, or until they go inactive for a long period. You can unsubscribe from any email we send at any time using the unsubscribe link in that email.
How to delete your information
Email us at support@porchlyte.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and the email address you used. We'll remove your record from our systems and confirm when it's done.
Children
Listing Launchpad is intended for licensed real estate professionals over the age of 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
